Within one business day of the receipt of your application, we will send you the necessary documents to open your new brokerage account with the institutional arm of TD Ameritrade Institutional.  At that time, we will also assist you in transferring funds and/or securities into your account.



We recognize the careful deliberation in your decision to choose WALT ST Investment Management as your portfolio manager. We will ensure that you receive the same careful attention from WSIM, as we strive to provide the best possible service to you. Please keep in mind that the establishment and funding of an account may require several weeks, particularly if securities must be transferred. However, we will assist you in every way possible by working with your existing broker or custodian to ensure a smooth and efficient transfer of funds into your new account.
